THE POSITION

As an F&B Operations Intern, you will support the head office and hotel departments with administrative tasks, data analysis, and report preparation. Your role includes handling correspondence, managing documents, and assisting with special projects such as hotel openings and renovations. You will also provide financial support by processing invoices, budgeting, and reporting. Additionally, you will coordinate meetings, ensure compliance with company policies, and assist with audits. Collaborating with various departments, you will contribute to achieving key organizational goals while gaining valuable industry experience.

Job requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative assistance to head office and hotel departments.

  • Data analysis and report preparation.

  • Handling correspondence and document management.

  • Assisting with special projects, including hotel openings and renovations.

  • Financial support: invoice processing, budgeting, and reporting.

  • Coordinating meetings and preparing related materials.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and assisting with audits.

  • Collaborating with departments to achieve organizational goals.

WHO ARE YOU

  • Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Business, or related program.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office .

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
