POSITION

The Rebyl has a great opportunity for a motivated Front Office Agent. Join our dedicated team and help us provide our guests with an exceptional experience in the heart of Nijmegen.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Front Office Agent you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and checking guests in and out with a smile.
• Handling reservations and guest inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Providing information about the hotel and the surrounding area to guests.
• Contribute to a smooth and positive guest experience at the front office.

HOW TO DO IT

• Having a creative and warm personality and knowing how to connect with people is a great asset;
• Be representative and guest-oriented;
• Out-of-the-box thinking to create unique experiences;
  
• Have a passion for order and a structured environment;
• Being a team player and having a proactive attitude;
• Excelling in communication and interpersonal relationships.

PROFILE

We are looking for someone with a passion for the hospitality industry and the following qualities:

• Preferably experience in the hotel sector or a diploma from a hotel school.
• You have a good command of English and preferably Dutch.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and Marriot Systems is a big plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
• Stress resistance and the ability to respond effectively to guest inquiries and requests.
• Team player who contributes to a positive work environment.
