At our restaurant PLANTn, we are passionate about bringing plant-forward dishes 24 hours a day. We offer breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. In this unique and relaxing bistro decor, our team brings together the best seasonal ingredients of our farm and local producers. In addition, our kitchen team uses preservation techniques such as pickling and fermenting to make the most of our precious ingredients and minimize waste.

 

THE POSITION

As an Event Organizer, you are responsible for effectively conceptualizing, planning, coordinating, and executing events such as weddings, corporate meetings, festivals, trade shows, and conferences. This role requires someone with creative skills, a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Job requirements

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Create amazing customer experiences by organizing group bookings, meetings, or events in line with the client’s needs and preferences.

·       Serve as the first point of contact for group or meeting inquiries, both online and face-to-face.

·       Handle all administrative tasks within the group booking process.

·       Manage activities and logistical requirements to successfully execute group bookings or events.

·       Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with operational colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly.

·       Ensure your colleagues are informed and equipped with all necessary details to perform their tasks effectively and meet the needs of the groups and events.
