At our restaurant PLANTn, we are passionate about bringing plant-forward dishes 24 hours a day. We offer breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. In this unique and relaxing bistro decor, our team brings together the best seasonal ingredients of our farm and local producers. In addition, our kitchen team uses preservation techniques such as pickling and fermenting to make the most of our precious ingredients and minimize waste.

THE POSITION

As a Project Manager Intern you will have a lot of different tasks. You will report mostly to the General Manager and to the other Heads of Departments. Here are some examples of projects/tasks you will be doing:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Anticipating on the needs of the Heads of departments.

·       Guard the cleanliness and safety in the hotel.

·       Write and implement SOP’s of the operational departments.

·       Reevaluate SOP’s and documents around safety in the hotel.

·       Help the HR with certain SOP’s eg. social controle.

·       Regularly walking through the hotel to check surroundings and public areas on cleanliness, defects, and safety.

·       Involved in projects like redesigning and optimizing spaces in the hotel.

·       Carrying out various administrative tasks.

·       Helping in operational departments when needed.

·       Optimize the current contracts with other companies to safe money.
