YOUR ROLE AS SENIOR REVENUE MANAGER
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to oversee a multiproperty portfolio across Germany.. In this senior role, you will shape revenue strategy, lead complex analytical initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to hotel leadership teams. In addition, you will guide your fellow junior revenue team members.
You will play a pivotal role in elevating revenue performance, optimizing distribution, and ensuring longterm commercial success across the region.
In this role, you will:
Lead the development and execution of advanced revenue and distribution strategies.
Oversee revenue performance across multiple hotels, ensuring alignment with commercial goals..
Drive strategic pricing, segmentation, and inventory optimization initiatives.
Guide hotel teams in the execution of revenue management best practices.
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and longrange planning processes.
Provide highlevel insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic decisionmaking.
This position offers significant influence, visibility, and opportunities for continued professional growth within a forwardthinking commercial organization.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Strategic Leadership
Develop, implement, and continuously refine revenue strategies to maximize total revenue and profitability across the portfolio.
Act as a senior advisor to hotel leadership teams, providing guidance on commercial strategy and market positioning.
Market & Performance Analysis
Monitor and interpret market trends, competitor behavior, and demand patterns to inform strategic decisions.
Lead complex data analysis to identify revenue opportunities and mitigate risks.
Oversee the creation of detailed performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Forecasting & Budgeting
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, longterm forecasts, and monthly outlooks.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in forecasting models and methodologies.
Pricing & Inventory Optimization
Oversee daily and longterm rate and inventory strategies across all distribution channels.
Ensure optimal channel mix, pricing integrity, and content accuracy.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align commercial strategies.
Support the development of promotional strategies and distribution initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and intermediaries.
Systems & Process Excellence
Ensure optimal use of revenue management systems, tools, and reporting platforms.
Drive continuous improvement in revenue management processes and standards.

Job requirements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Extensive experience in hotel revenue management, ideally with multiproperty or regional responsibility.
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced revenue management education is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Germany is a plus.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
Deep understanding of revenue management principles, distribution landscape, and market dynamics.
High proficiency with revenue management systems, BI tools, and analytical platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage complex priorities, and lead initiatives across multiple properties.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutionoriented mindset.
