YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Crew Leader in leading, motivating, and developing the team

• Be the ultimate host, bartender, and front office star – all in one

• Ensure smooth operations at the bar, lobby, and reception – with fun, flair, and structure

• Train, onboard, and support new crew members – #TeamworkMakesTheDreamWork

• Take responsibility for stock, ordering, and administrative tasks

• Develop and implement creative ideas to enhance our F&B and guest experience offerings

• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and the back office – because strong vibes need strong teamwork

• Anticipate guest needs before they even realise them – and deliver that wow-factor

• Help improve processes and spread the Moxy energy throughout the hotel

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• You’re a host with personality, charm, and edge

• You can run the bar and front office like a pro – and what you don’t know yet, we’ll teach you #moxystyle

• You’re open to new hotel concepts, think outside the box, and love flat hierarchies

• Ideally, you’ve got experience in hospitality or F&B and want to grow further

• You’re motivated, structured, a team player – and flexible when it comes to working shifts

• You speak good German and English – any additional language is a plus #multicultural
