THE POSITION

We are seeking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.

  • Assist in the development and creation of new menu items.

  • Ensure all food preparation and cooking areas are clean and sanitized.

  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff members.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.

  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events and catering functions.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to enhance culinary skills.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You are proactive, love working in the bar and have a passion for hotels. You describe yourself as a real team player and see it as a challenge to work with the team to put Current on the map in 's-Hertogenbosch and the surrounding area. You also recognise yourself in the following:

  • Demonstrable work experience in hospitality/a similar position;

  • Social hygiene is a plus;

  • Guest-oriented;

  • Representative;

  • Speaks Dutch & English.
