DEINE ROLLE ALS CLUSTER HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

In this role, you are responsible for the overall management and coordination of the Housekeeping department across the cluster. You act as a quality leader, a hands-on manager, and a key interface between internal teams and external partners.

• Conduct regular cleaning and quality inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house

• Take responsibility for lost & found and staff uniforms

• Promote transparent, cross-departmental collaboration to continuously improve quality

• Act as a role model with a strong hands-on mentality and service mindset
