YOUR ROLE AS CREW LEADER

As Crew Leader, you are the heartbeat of the shift and a role model for the team. You keep standards high, the vibe strong, and the crew motivated , making sure every guest interaction feels anything but ordinary. You lead from the front, take ownership when it counts, and bring the personality that makes Moxy, Moxy.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Lead and motivate the crew across early, late, and occasional night shifts

• Be the first point of contact for guests and shape a smooth, memorable guest journey from check-in to check-out

• Run daily Front Office & F&B operations yes,, we do it all ourselves, no separate kitchen or bar management

• Handle cash, service recovery, and daily operational tasks with confidence

• Support the onboarding, coaching, and daily guidance of new crew members • Maintain brand standards, safety, and service quality at all times

• Help shape duty rosters and support monthly operational closing

• Work with Opera and other hotel systems as needed

• Act as a true host , prepare food, mix drinks, and create experiences, not just follow procedures

• Experience in hospitality, Front Office, or F&B , leadership experience is a plus

• A hands-on, proactive leadership style with a guest-first mindset

• Flexibility for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

• Strong communication skills in German and English (additional languages welcome)

• Team spirit, reliability, and a positive attitude
