THE POSITION

As A Finance Associate, you will be part of our central finance team based in Utrecht. You will assist with all administrative tasks for our headquarters. You will work closely with colleagues in the finance department, including the Financial Controller and Head of group finance. Together, we will ensure the compliant way of processing data and administration for our international group.

Job requirements

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable administration.

  • Processing and checking bank transactions.

  • Credit card control.

  • Preparing the monthly and annual closing.

  • Support finance operations for Headquarters in the Netherlands

  • Administrative support for our Financial Controller and Head of Group Finance

HOW YOU’LL DO IT

  • Having an eye for detail and accuracy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • You have an MBO or HBO degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration.

  • You have some experience with Account Payable/Receivable and reconciliations

  • You pay attention to detail and work accurately.

  • You are organised and know how to plan your time well and efficiently.

  • Working independently is no problem for you, but you enjoy working in a team.

  • Languages, oral and written knowledge: English, Dutch (nice to have)
