THE POSITION 

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside the kitchen team, oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and support the training and development of kitchen staff.  

Our hotel has 438 rooms, breakfast is included for every guest, we daily serve group lunches and dinners, we have a restaurant for 60 covers. The ideal candidate is a great organizer, works in a fast pace, is hands-on, and is a real team player.  

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Cover kitchen shifts where needed, preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner 

• Monitor food quality, freshness and hygiene standards (HACCP) 

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen 

• Daily ordering of supplies with different suppliers 

• Prepare the schedule for the kitchen & stewarding team 

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth running of the kitchen 

• Attending departmental meetings to align with hotel operations

• Guest-oriented and representative 

• Speaking excellent English, the Dutch language is a plus 

• Experience in hotel settings is a plus
