Restaurant Sapphire Bistro, at Sapphire Bistro we offer breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. In this unique and relaxing bistro decor, our team brings together the best seasonal ingredients of our farm and local producers. In addition, our kitchen team uses preservation techniques such as pickling and fermenting to make the most of our precious ingredients and minimize waste.

THE POSITION

As a Front Office Intern, you play a key role in delivering a warm and professional welcome to our guests. Often the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for checking guests in and out, issuing room keys, handling payments, and answering any questions they may have. Your friendly presence and attention to detail help ensure each guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay at Sapphire House Antwerp.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude

• Identify and understand guests’ needs and preferences

• Provide personalized assistance in line with the hotel’s brand standards, ensuring efficient and proactive service

• Monitor guest flow in the lobby and adjust support accordingly

• Answer questions and follow up with guests through email, phone, or in person

• Collaborate closely with team members, managers, and relevant departments to ensure seamless service

• Address and respond to guest feedback and reviews, ensuring timely and thoughtful follow-up

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the business needs of a 24/7 hotel environment, including weekends, and holidays;

• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks;

• Your English is top-notch, as you’ll be helping a lot of guests with different backgrounds.

• You are quality and guest oriented.

• You are stress resistant.
