YOUR ROLE AS GENERAL MANAGER

As General Manager, you will lead this dual-property operation in Berlin, acting as the strategic leader and ambassador for both hotels.

You combine strong commercial awareness, operational expertise, and inspiring leadership, ensuring both properties perform successfully while maintaining their unique identities and brand standards.

Your mission: lead two complementary hotels to sustainable success while delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a strong, motivated team culture.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Lead both hotels with a visible, structured, and inspiring leadership approach.
• Ensure a seamless and consistent guest journey aligned with international brand standards.
• Oversee all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance across both properties.
• Drive financial performance, profitability, and long-term value creation.
• Take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue strategy.
• Develop and empower operational leaders and teams through coaching and performance management.
• Ensure strict compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and quality audits.
• Build strong relationships with owners, partners, and the local business community in Berlin.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, service improvement, and operational optimization.
• Act as the public face and ambassador of the hotels within the market.

• Experience in a leadership role within international hotels (experience as General Manager is a plus)

• Ideal for a strong Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, or other strong operational leader ready to take the next career step

• Experience or interest in multi-property or complex hotel operations

• Solid understanding of lifestyle and premium select-service hotel operations

• Strong operational knowledge across departments

• Good financial understanding including budgeting, cost control, and GOP performance

• Commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue and profitability

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Structured, quality-oriented, and motivated to take full GM responsibility

• Fluent German and English (C1 level)
