THE ROLE
As our HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Area HR Manager, business leaders, and the wider HR & Talent team to align our people strategies with business goals. You will help create a seamless, engaging, and inspiring employee experience. From driving HR initiatives to ensuring our employees have the right tools and support to succeed—you will be the go-to person for all things HR!
Job requirements
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
Be a mentor and support junior HR team members
Lead employee engagement efforts to keep our teams motivated and happy
Help managers develop their teams and ensure employees have the tools to thrive
Oversee legal compliance in HR processes and policies
Ensure smooth onboarding for new team members, using our HiBob system
Manage HR admin and system compliance tasks
Coordinate learning and development initiatives
Provide support on absenteeism, sick leave, and employee well-being
Act as a trusted advisor, responding to internal and external HR inquiries

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, hospitality, or a relevant field
Proven experience as an HR Coordinator / Executive or similar role
Experience working in an HR role within a matrix organization
Strong knowledge of German labor law
Fluency in German & English (essential)
