MOXY Hotels is Marriott's newest brand, which opened its first hotel in Milan (Italy) in 2014. Moxy was designed to capture the rapidly growing number of next generation travellers. We combine stylish design, open-minded service, the latest technology and an affordable price. This is the new way of travelling!

The Moxy Metzingen hotel is located in the centre of Outletcity Metzingen, where over 150 fashion and lifestyle brands are represented. The Moxy with 203 double rooms and a stylish bar opened in autumn 2023.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're on the lookout for fun-loving, breakfast-boosting team players who love to connect, think outside the cereal box, and make mornings magical for our guests #atthemoxy. At Moxy, we serve more than just a bed — we serve attitude, energy, and unforgettable vibes. Think you’ve got what it takes?

Ideally, you’ve got some experience in hospitality — maybe even a completed hotel training or worked in a similar role before. If you've dabbled in MICROS or know your way around OPERA hotel software, even better. No experience? No worries! We love a bold career switch and welcome newcomers with open arms.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the morning hero in our Bar & Lounge, making sure everything runs smoothly

• Serve up smiles (and coffee!) while creating unforgettable breakfast moments

• Chat with our guests in German and English – friendly, casual, and confident

• Prepare drinks, coffee specialities, and support the development of new recipes

• Maintain our Moxy-level quality, safety, and hygiene standards

• Help manage stock like a breakfast boss
