ABOUT POSITION

Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Odyssey Hotel Group's regional sales managers across the full hotel portfolio. The position is responsible for ensuring the smooth handling of sales inquiries, managing communication channels, supporting global and regional RFP processes, and providing essential Salesforce administration. Acting as the central coordination point, the Sales Support Executive helps maximize efficiency and enable the sales performance of our teams across diverse markets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Management: Act as the first point of contact and lead catcher for incoming sales opportunities across the portfolio.

  • Sales Inbox Management: Oversee and manage all regional sales inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses.

  • RFP Support: Assist with global and regional Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, coordinating with hotels and the regional sales teams to deliver accurate and timely submissions.

  • Salesforce Support & Administration: Maintain, update, and optimize Salesforce data, ensuring accurate reporting, pipeline tracking, and user support.

  • Sales Team Support: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the regional sales teams to enable them to focus on client acquisition and relationship management.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance updates for internal stakeholders using Salesforce and other tools.

  • Collaboration: Liaise with revenue, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in client acquisition and communication.

Job requirements

HOW YOU’LL DO IT

  • Experience in a sales support, administrative, or similar role within hospitality or a service-oriented industry.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM systems).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and hotel teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • First hotel experience (front office or groups & events or reservations etc.) or finished hotel school

  • Being proactive team player that wants to support our sales manager in their daily tasks

  • Attention to detail and organized way of working

  • Willingness to learn

  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • Speak English, preferably Dutch (but not mandatory)

  • You have no problem commuting to different hotels from our Dutch portfolio
