In March 2022, The Den, ’s-Hertogenbosch, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, opened its doors as part of the Odyssey Hotel Group and a franchise of Marriott International. With 160 hotel rooms, Meetingcentre The Den featuring 5 meeting rooms, Restaurant The Den on the ground floor, and Current Rooftop Restaurant & Bar on the 9th floor, the hotel offers a wide range of facilities.

Current Rooftop is a true landmark in the skyline of ’s-Hertogenbosch and cannot be missed! With one location and three distinct settings, it offers a vibrant cocktail bar with the best signature cocktails, a stylish restaurant with a contemporary take on (French) classics, and a fantastic rooftop terrace with breathtaking views over the entire city.

POSITION
We are looking for a Steward for The Den who will help us build success together with our team—both literally and figuratively at great heights.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Steward, you are responsible for preparing crockery and cutlery for use with the help of an automatic washing and rinsing machine. You ensure your workspace remains clean and that dishes and cutlery are dried and polished when necessary. In addition, you identify any issues with equipment and ensure that HACCP guidelines are followed. In doing so, you contribute to maintaining the high quality standards within the hotel.

PROFILE
We are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality who has the following qualities:

• Attention to detail

• No 9-to-5 mentality

• Availability to work evenings and weekends

• Independent and responsible

• A team player

• Experience in hospitality is a plus
