THE POSITION

We are searching for enthusiastic teammates to join our team! The Bar Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by working and thriving in a fast-paced organization with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service while taking care of it's team and suppliers.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a bartenders/servers team of around 4 employees.

Working in the bar, preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;

Assessing bar guests’ needs and preferences and making recommendations;

Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks;

Maintaining the bar area and equipment clean;

Restocking and replenishing bar supplies and inventory;

Knowledge of POS systems;

Providing first-class services and promoting hospitality to the guests as per brand standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards;

Having a creative and warm personality and knowing how to connect with everyone;

Guest-oriented and representative;

Speaking excellent Spanish and English;

Experience as a Bar Manager with a team of bartenders
