THE ROLE:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cluster Executive Chef (m/f/d) to lead the culinary direction for both hotels in Würzburg.

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

• Overall responsibility for culinary concepts at Moxy & AC Würzburg

• Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team

• Create innovative, brand-specific menus tailored to both hotels

• Ensure highest food quality, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP)

• Manage purchasing, supplier relations, and cost control

• Collaborate closely with F&B management and other departments

• Hands-on operational support during service, events, and banquets

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Several years of leadership experience as Head Chef, ideally within hotel environments

• Passion for creative, modern cuisine with local influence

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire your team

• Excellent organizational and cost-management abilities

• Solid product knowledge and curiosity for culinary innovation

• Strong communication skills in German and English
