YOUR ROLE AS DIRECTOR OF BOOKING OFFICE

Are you a strategic leader with a strong operational mindset and a passion for driving commercial performance? As Director of Booking Office, you will oversee and optimize all aspects of Group & Event Sales, Individual Reservations, and Event Planning across our portfolio.

In this role, you will ensure these functions operate efficiently, deliver strong conversion results, and contribute directly to revenue growth and guest satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and structure the Groups & Events and Individual Reservations teams across the portfolio

  • Drive conversion performance for B2B, group bookings, and events

  • Ensure efficient handling of individual reservations (FIT) to optimize occupancy

  • Support and guide on-property event planners to ensure high-quality execution

  • Align booking office operations with overall commercial and business objectives

Job requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Implement and optimize processes for group bookings, event sales, and individual reservations

  • Oversee Groups & Events performance, ensuring strong conversion and revenue generation

  • Manage Individual Reservations (FIT), focusing on efficiency and guest satisfaction

  • Provide guidance and structure to on-property event planners

  • Drive training and development within booking office teams

  • Ensure adoption and effective use of systems such as CRM (Salesforce), Sales & Catering tools, and reservation platforms

  • Act as product owner for the contact center tool (Salesforce Service Console)

  • Lead innovation in booking processes and customer service approaches

  • Support pre-opening activities, ensuring booking operations are fully set up

  • Conduct audits and implement controls to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

  • Manage external partners, brand partners (Marriott, Accor, IHG), agencies, and suppliers related to bookings and events

  • Lead recruitment and build high-performing booking office teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial or booking/reservations leadership role within hospitality

  • Strong background in Groups & Events, Reservations, and/or Sales operations

  • Experience managing multi-property or portfolio-level operations is a strong advantage

  • Excellent leadership and team development skills

  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue, conversion, and market share growth

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), Sales & Catering tools, and reservation systems

  • Ability to implement structure, processes, and drive operational excellence

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
