YOUR ROLE AS IT COORDINATOR

As IT Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the day-to-day IT operations across our hotels and corporate locations within the DACH region. You act as a key contact for technical support, system administration, and project coordination, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support hotel operations and enhance the guest experience. Working closely with hotel teams, vendors, and the wider IT department, you help maintain stable, secure, and efficient IT environments while contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Provide first and second-line IT support for hotels and corporate users across the DACH region
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
• Support hotel openings, conversions, and technical implementations
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery
• Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access management within Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• Support the administration of servers, networking equipment, and hotel technology systems
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventories, and support records
• Collaborate closely with hotel teams and the central IT department to deliver excellent IT service

Job requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support, IT coordinator, or systems administration role
• Degree or vocational qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or other multi-site environments is an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Windows environments, networking, and IT infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; German is strongly preferred
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel within the DACH region
