THE POSITION

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Procurement team as a Procurement Intern at Odyssey Hotel Group. This internship role offers hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and the opportunity to learn about procurement processes within a dynamic organization.

• Assist with sourcing and purchasing activities.

• Support the procurement team in vendor management.

• Participate in inventory management and control.

• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting communication and data collection with hotels and suppliers

• Assisting in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of a spend database

• Supporting supplier evaluations and price comparisons

• Assisting in contract documentation and general administrative procurement tasks

• Contributing to process improvements and standardization initiatives

YOUR PROFILE:

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel (e.g. data analysis, pivot tables)

• Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style

• Proactive, hands-on mentality with a high level of reliability

• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

• Excellent English skills (mandatory); German and/or Dutch are a plus

• Interest in hospitality, procurement, or supply chain management (hotel background is an advantage but not required)
