THE POSITION

We are looking for a Server to join our Food & Beverage team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, guest-focused and eager to be part of a dynamic and international environment.

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing friendly, professional and efficient service to our guests, ensuring an excellent dining experience from arrival to departure. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure that service is delivered according to our standards of quality, attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include preparing and setting up service areas, taking and managing orders, serving food and beverages, and responding to our guests' needs. You will also contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation across the restaurant and other F&B areas.

We are looking for a dynamic and organised individual with strong communication skills, who is able to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude even during busy periods. A strong guest focus, attention to detail and a willingness to learn will be key to succeeding in this role.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel environment.

• Experience in restaurant, bar or Food & Beverage operations.

• Knowledge of service standards and guest service within the hospitality industry.

• Ability to work in an organised, efficient and guest-focused manner in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of languages, especially English, is a plus.

• Knowledge of and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
