THE POSITION – ELEGANT AND ENERGETIC
As a Banqueting Coordinator for our dual-branded hotels – the AC Hotel with its modern, stylish atmosphere and Moxy with its playful, social vibe – you are the driving force behind successful meetings, events, and special moments.
You plan, organise, and coordinate events from A to Z – with attention to detail, a clear overview, and a passion for hospitality. And when no event is scheduled? Then you actively support our F&B team in daily operations.

YOUR TASKS

  • Independently plan, structure, and organise all banquet and event formats at AC Hotel and Moxy Würzburg

  • Advise and support clients from inquiry to post-event follow-up

  • Create event offers, schedules, and function sheets (BEOs)

  • Work closely with the kitchen, front office, and F&B to ensure smooth execution

  • Be personally present at larger events to guarantee a top-class experience

  • Support the General Manager and management in organising internal events (workshops, seminars, team events)

  • Independently plan and implement projects

  • Prepare evaluations, statistics, and presentations

  • Support the F&B team in operational business when no events are taking place

Job requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A successfully completed apprenticeship in the hotel or tourism industry, or a degree in business administration

  • Experience in events or banqueting is a plus

  • Strong negotiation skills when dealing with clients and partners

  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written

  • Confident in using MS Office, PMS and CRM systems (e.g., Opera)

  • A structured way of working, strong organisational skills, and a high level of initiative

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others with numbers, ideas, and facts

  • A positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine passion for working with people
