ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a passionate Cluster Sous Chef (m/f/d) to support the Cluster Executive Chef and help shape the culinary experiences of both hotels.

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

• Assist the Cluster Executive Chef in running kitchen operations at both hotels

• Take operational responsibility during daily service (à la carte, buffet, banquets, events)

• Contribute to the creation of innovative menu concepts for AC & Moxy

• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP)

• Manage goods receipt, storage, and inventory control

• Motivate, train, and coordinate the kitchen team

• Be hands-on during service and special events

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Completed culinary training and experience as Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie

• Passion for modern, creative cuisine

• Strong leadership skills and a motivating personality

• Excellent organizational and quality-management skills

• Knowledge of inventory and cost control

• Strong communication in German & English
