YOUR ROLE – WHAT YOU’LL DO 

As a Crew Leader, you are the heartbeat of the shift and a role model for the team. 

• Lead and motivate the crew during early, late, and occasionally night shifts 

• Be the first point of contact for guests and ensure a smooth guest journey 

• Coordinate daily operations at Front Office & Bar 

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, cash handling, and service recovery 

• Support onboarding, training, and daily guidance of new crew members 

• Ensure brand standards, safety, and service quality at all times 

• Take ownership during busy shifts and lead by example 

• We don’t have a kitchen crew! We prepare the food ourselves. 

• We don’t have a bar manager! We make the drinks ourselves.We are hosts! What else! 

• Help shape the duty roster (work schedule) 

• Support with the monthly closing

WHAT YOU BRING 

• Experience in hospitality, front office, or F&B (leadership experience is a plus) 

• A hands-on, proactive leadership style 

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays 

• Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset 

• Team spirit, reliability, and a positive attitude 

• Good German and English skills (additional languages are a plus)
