AC Hotel Würzburg features 168 rooms with timeless interior design, 6 multifunctional conference rooms, a restaurant/bar with a welcoming terrace, and a well-equipped fitness center.

THE POSITION:
For our AC Hotel Würzburg, which opened in November 2021, we are looking for a highly motivated Front Desk Agent (m/f/d) with a strong personality and a hands-on mentality.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing a professional and warm welcome to our guests, including check-in and check-out procedures

• Serving as the go-to contact for all guest requests, questions, and complaints

• Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready on time

• Supporting the onboarding of new colleagues and apprentices within the department

• Remaining calm and confident when handling complaints and communicating clearly with our guests

• Accurate cash handling and revenue posting

• Providing guests with helpful information and directions about our hotel and the surrounding area

• Managing the telephone system and forwarding inquiries to the appropriate departments

• Professionally accepting and processing room reservations

WHAT YOU BRING:

• A positive personality

• Completed training in the hospitality industry and initial experience in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of OPERA and MS Office is a plus

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

• Openness, commitment, and team spirit

• Enjoyment in working with people

• A strong guest-oriented mindset

• Excellent spoken and written German and English skills
