We’re on the lookout for a Front Office Manager who gets it. Someone who doesn’t just lead a team but owns the vibe from the moment a guest walks in. You’ll manage, guide, coach and challenge – all while keeping operations tight and spirits high.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be the go-to person for everything and everyone at the Front Office.
You’ll train and inspire a rockstar team of hosts and receptionists.
You’ll make sure check-ins, check-outs and every moment in between runs smoothly.
You’ll handle guest requests and complaints like a pro – with speed, empathy and style.
You’ll work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
You’ll own scheduling, quality checks, and all that jazz – without breaking a sweat.
You’ll keep the lobby and team looking sharp, always.

WHAT YOU BRING – besides guts
A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a senior Front Office or leadership role.
Fluent in both Dutch and English – written and spoken.
Strong organizational and leadership skills – you keep things running like a machine.
You're proactive, calm under pressure, and naturally responsible.
You know how to navigate policies but also when to think outside the manual.
Experience with Opera PMS is required. Familiarity with Marriott systems? Big plus.
