THE POSITION:
For our AC Hotel Würzburg, we are looking for a highly motivated Front Desk Supervisor (m/f/d) with a strong personality and a hands-on mentality.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading shifts, including handling check-in and check-out procedures and managing the cash register

• Looking after our international guests before, during, and after their stay

• Ensuring professional complaint management

• Training and onboarding new team members and apprentices at the front desk

• Designing and conducting training sessions

• Taking ownership of various projects

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• A completed vocational training in hospitality or alternatively a university degree

• Professional experience at the front desk, ideally in comparable hotels

• Strong administrative skills and excellent interpersonal abilities

• A strong sense of quality and high reliability

• Good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as confident use of common computer systems
