YOUR ROLE AS JUNIOR REVENUE MANAGER 

As Junior Revenue Manager,  you will support the revenue performance of hotels across the German region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, international team and develop your expertise in pricing, forecasting, and distribution. 
In this role, you will: 
• Implement pricing and segmentation strategies to drive profitability. 
• Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitor activity 
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes 
• Support inventory management and rate optimization to drive occupancy and ADR 
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to align commercial actions 
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports 
• Maintain and update revenue management systems and ensure data accuracy 
• Support distribution strategy and OTA performance tracking 
• Participate in revenue meetings and contribute insights and recommendations

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

  • Support the development and execution of revenue strategies to optimize room revenue. 

  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and performance data to support pricing decisions. 

  • Assist in preparing hotel budgets and monthly forecasts. 

  • Conduct basic competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and risks. 

  • Help manage rate loading, availability, and content accuracy across distribution channels. 

  • Prepare regular reports on revenue performance, booking pace, and market conditions. 

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support pricing and distribution initiatives. 

  • Maintain strong working relationships with hotel teams and external partners. 

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and project work.

Job requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

  • Some experience in hotel revenue management, reservations or a commercial related role (multi-property experience is a plus). 

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field; additional education in revenue management is an advantage. 

  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.  

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. 

  • Basic understanding of revenue management principles and hotel distribution. 

  • Familiarity with revenue management systems or PMS/CRS tools is beneficial 

  • Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
