THE POSITION

LABTWENTYTWO is looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager i/c of Events to join our hotel team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth coordination between the restaurant and the bar.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help us create truly special service experiences.

• You have solid knowledge of handling high-quality food and beverages and enjoy advising guests.

• You ensure our high standards are maintained and continually improved.

• You have a talent for engaging in successful sales conversations and always anticipate guests’ unspoken needs.

• You’re skilled at handling guest feedback and resolving minor challenges professionally and independently.

HOW YOU’LL DO IT

• A creative and warm personality with a natural ability to connect with people is a big plus.
