ABOUT THE ROLE

At Odyssey Hotel Group, we operate a dynamic portfolio of internationally recognized hotel brands across Europe. In Berlin, our hotels combine international standards with a vibrant, lifestyle-driven atmosphere, attracting both business and leisure travellers.

As part of our growing portfolio, we are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Berlin, supporting the commercial performance of our leased hotel properties. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced and international hospitality environment.

YOUR ROLE AS SALES EXECUTIVE

As Sales Executive in Berlin, you support the development of new business and the growth of existing accounts across Corporate, Groups, and MICE segments. You work closely with the regional sales team and hotel operations to drive revenue and ensure strong client relationships.

Your mission is to contribute to the commercial success of the hotels by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and delivering excellent service to our clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within Corporate, Groups & MICE segments.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of local and national accounts.
• Support the execution of the sales strategy for the Berlin market.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and client presentations.
• Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce) with accurate client and pipeline data.
• Monitor sales activities, pipeline, and account performance.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to support pricing and business mix strategies.
• Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
• Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure smooth execution of booked business.
• Represent the hotel(s) in client meetings, site visits, and local networking events.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and sales processes.

Job requirements

  • First experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or commercial roles.

  • Good understanding of the Berlin hospitality market is a plus.

  • Interest in Corporate, Groups & MICE segments.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).

  • Fluency in German and English.

  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a hands-on approach.
