YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As a dishwasher, you are responsible for preparing crockery and cutlery for use using an automatic washing and rinsing machine.
You ensure that your workspace is clean and that dishes and cutlery are dried and polished when necessary.
In addition, you identify issues with equipment and ensure that HACCP guidelines are followed. In doing so, you contribute to maintaining high quality standards within the hotel.
