DIE STELLE

Du brennst für Weiterentwicklung und möchtest Menschen wachsen sehen? In dieser Rolle entwickelst und begleitest du Trainingsprogramme, stärkst unsere Teams und trägst aktiv zur Zukunft von BollAnts Spa im Park bei. IHRE AUFGABEN

• Unterstützung bei der Bedarfsanalyse, Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungsprogrammen zur Weiterentwicklung des Teams

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungsleitern zur Entwicklung, Umsetzung und dem Nachhalten von SOPs

• Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Stellenbeschreibungen

• Mitwirkung bei Maßnahmen zur Stärkung der Arbeitgebermarke z.B. Pflege der Online-Präsenz und Entwicklung von Kommunikationsmaterialien

• Überwachung der Qualitätsstandards durch regelmäßige Kontrollen und Feedback-Gespräche

• Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Prozesse und Standards

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry in a similar position or successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable sectors. Experience in the resort and / or chain hotel industry desirable.

• You have strong organizational skills, enjoy coordinating tasks in connection with further training and are quick on the uptake.

• High level of initiative & responsibility

• Enjoyment of work, reliability & team spirit

• Competent and well-groomed appearance

• Excellent communication skills

• Very good knowledge of English
