THE POSITION

Are you passionate about development and want to see people grow? In this role, you will develop and support training programs, strengthen our teams and actively contribute to the future of BollAnts Spa im Park. An exciting position for anyone with a passion for learning, structure - and a heart for hospitality!

YOUR TASKS

• Support in the needs analysis, development and implementation of training programs for the further development of the team

• Work closely with the department heads to develop, implement and follow up on SOPs

• Co-design and implement job descriptions

• Participate in measures to strengthen the employer brand, e.g. maintaining the online presence and developing communication materials

• Monitor quality standards through regular checks and feedback meetings

• Support the implementation of new processes and standards

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in Learning & Development or people development, ideally within the hospitality or wellness industry

• HR experience is a plus

• Strong facilitation skills and a passion for developing people

• Empathetic, well-organized, and a confident communicator

• Proficient in MS Office and digital learning tools

• Fluent in German with good English skills
